A residential garage door in Princeton with a homeowner checking it on a cold morning

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Menupin Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what we do next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can write to us about:

  • How we handled your call or message
  • How we treated your personal information
  • Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If You Have a Problem With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, work, and customer care. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider. Keep your notes in writing.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest. A provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Menupin Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot decide a matter for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@menupin.garden. Please include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number or form you used, if you know it
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • What went wrong, and what result you want

What Happens Next

We will confirm by email that we got your complaint. This usually takes a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include asking the provider about it. After that, we will reply with what we found and any action we take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office, your state attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help.
